The International Alexander site available at www.international-alexander.ro, is owned by International Alexander SRL, a Romanian law company, with its registered office in Arad, str.Memorandului no.10, Arad county, Romania registered with the Register Trade under no. J02 / 1688/2003, having CUI RO 16002342
By accessing and using the Site, the User acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site in any way.

Users can find out or request various information about the entities belonging to the Group by using the “Contact” box. The entities that are members of the International Alexander Holding Group do not have access to the personal data of the User, unless International Alexander as the owner of the site has obtained a prior agreement from the User in this regard.

Any user (s) browsing and / or reading (sc) and / or using (sc) the Site.
The International-Alexander.ro site does not allow the creation of a user account.
Accessing the Site
Users can access the Website simply for information, in this case taking into account the presentation content found on the site, which may include information about the partners of the International Alexander Holding Group, the certifications obtained by them, the client portfolio of the Group, the type of services provided as well as information regarding the fleet owned by the entities of the International Alexander Holding Group.
Also, the Users can access the “Contact” section of the Site to send various messages to the partners of the International Alexander Holding Group but only after expressing the express agreement regarding the Policy for the processing of personal data.

The user has the possibility to become aware of the content of these Terms and Conditions of Use by accessing the section specially dedicated in this regard from the site.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User understands that any other subsequent or concurrent commitments regarding these Terms and Conditions are replaced by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not create rights for third parties.
Users are not allowed to:

Waivers and assignments
No situation in which International Alexander S.R.L. does not act immediately for the realization of a right or will not be interpreted as a renunciation of that right or its realization.
If a provision of these Terms and Conditions will prove invalid or without effect, the other provisions will not be affected by it, remaining in force and fully valid, being interpreted in the broadest sense permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

Also, the company does not guarantee that the result that can be obtained from the use of the site will be effective, safe or accurate that it will meet the user’s requirements.
The Company does not guarantee that the Website will be constantly available. If maintenance work is required and the Site is not available for maintenance purposes, International Alexander S.R.L. will inform the Users when accessing the Site.

The user understands that the owner of the site has no control and no obligation to act on:

Applicable law in the competent court
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law.
It will be tried in advance to resolve any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, amicably within 15 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems, by the User. If the parties do not reach an agreement on the dispute, it will be addressed to the competent Romanian court.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
This Regulation of Terms and Conditions was updated as updated on 09.05.2019.
International Alexander S.R.L. reserves the right to revise and update this Terms and Conditions regulation at any time.
By continuing to use the Site after the entry into force of some changes / additions, the User agrees to respect them.
